Terms and conditions and service contract for services provided by Shop Center Internet Solutions Ltd. (Host Center).

Settings :

Programs and/or services: Various services provided by Shop Center Internet Solutions Ltd. (Host Center).
Customer: The end user of Shop Center Internet Solutions Ltd. (Host Center) services.
Service recipient: The end user of Shop Center Internet Solutions Ltd. (Host Center) services.

Main services:

1. A storage space rental service for digital information and/or files of various types for the private and exclusive use of the customer, and at his discretion and sole responsibility, what to store and how to store it, on the servers of Shop Center Internet Solutions Ltd. (Host Center), in accordance with and subject to the laws and regulations of the State of Israel.
2. Domain registration / domain name at the customer’s request for their private or business needs.
3. Building a website according to a client’s requirements for their personal or business needs.

Below are the regulations / service contract:

Domain registration and general hosting through Host Center/Shop Center:

• The prices on the site do not include VAT.

1. The domain owner (registrant contact) is the customer who requests to register the domain.

2. When registering a domain through Shop Center, the customer agrees that the domain will be managed by Shop Center.

3. Any need for a change or domain redirection will be forwarded by email to customer support and will be carried out by the department.

4. A domain name cannot be changed once it has been registered under any circumstances.

5. Renewal of the domain registration is the sole responsibility of the domain customer. Host Center / Shop Center Internet Solutions Ltd. will not be responsible for a domain that is not renewed on time.
* The cost of registering a new domain will usually be cheaper than the cost of renewing a domain.

Responsibility for domain renewal lies with the domain owner :
Shop Center Internet Solutions Ltd. provides a domain renewal service, but it is the sole responsibility of the domain owner to ensure that the renewal was carried out properly and for the required period, on the Israeli Internet Association website or on any of the official domain registration websites in Israel.

Shop Center Internet Solutions Ltd. will not be responsible for non-renewal of a domain or non-renewal for the period paid for, nor will Shop Center Internet Solutions be responsible for any damage of any kind caused by non-renewal of any domain, and will not bear any financial expense or financial damage of any kind due to non-renewal of an Israeli or international domain.

6. If a customer wishes to cancel an order or renew a service – inquiries regarding cancellation will be accepted up to 14 days from the moment the order is placed and/or the service is renewed.
For the avoidance of doubt, it is hereby clarified that no payment of any kind paid for domain name registration will be refunded. Also, if the recipient of the service receives any benefit and/or discount, the cost of the benefit and/or discount will be deducted in full from the refund amount for the purchased plan. If the recipient of the service is not entitled to a refund for the plan, the warehouses will be entitled to charge the recipient of the service the full amount of the discount and/or benefit.

Furthermore, and notwithstanding the foregoing, it is hereby clarified that in the event that the service is canceled due to a violation of the terms of use and service for any reason whatsoever , the service recipient will not be entitled to a refund, even without prejudice to the right of the warehouses to charge the service recipient with compensation and/or indemnity for any direct and/or indirect damage that was caused and/or will be caused to the warehouses due to and/or due to the activity of the service recipient .

7. Each hosting package is designed to host only one website, unless otherwise specified and/or it is a reseller package (multiple domains).

8. The storage providers reserve the right to charge an additional amount of money, as required, in cases where it is found that increased use has been made of traffic volume, disk or other server resources, as well as with regard to installations outside the scope of the service, programming work and any dealings beyond the storage service, all as may be defined from time to time by the storage providers.

• For the avoidance of doubt, if any benefit was received as part of joining and paying for a service period in advance (payment one year in advance, two years, five years in advance, etc.), in the event that the service is canceled by the customer before the end of the period, Shop Center Internet Solutions Ltd. will be entitled to charge a fee for the working hours/setup fees/benefits provided free of charge, etc. at the time of joining.

• 320 NIS + VAT per hour of work.
• Hosting account setup fee – 150 NIS + VAT
• Server setup fee – 190 NIS + VAT
• One month of storage starting at 85 NIS + VAT
• New domain registration for one year: 55 NIS + VAT per year
• Domain renewal for one year: 150 NIS + VAT per year
  Or as determined by Shop Center Internet Solutions Ltd. / Host Center at its sole discretion.
• SSL Certificate: 250 NIS + VAT per year
• IP address 140 NIS + VAT per year
• Installation of systems and add-ons – based on working hours.
• Elementor Pro plugin for WordPress – 130 NIS + VAT
• Cancellation before the end of a prepaid subscription period – the calculation of a month of storage will be as follows – 150 NIS + VAT
• Cancellation fee for a package paid in advance for a year or more – 250 NIS + VAT
• Shop Center Internet Solutions Ltd. (Host Center) reserves the right to terminate a benefit and/or license provided free of charge as part of a gift and/or promotion of any kind given when purchasing the service, at any time and without prior notice.

* It should be emphasized that if the usage is extremely unusual, Host Center reserves the right to disable the service immediately and without prior notice. No refund will be given in the situation described above.

9. If the service recipient is given a promotional benefit of registering a free Israeli or international domain name, then this domain name will be limited to use in the hosting plans of the hosts only. For the avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that the hosts will not allow a free domain name to be received by a service recipient who chooses to point it to a server other than one of the hosts’ servers.
10. At the end of the validity period of a purchased domain name registration, the recipient of the service may choose to renew the validity of the domain name and direct it to any other server of his choice, provided that he has paid the renewal cost according to the price list in force at Hostcenter at that time. It is possible that in any case, despite the prices on the site for registering a new domain, the cost of renewing a domain will be different from the cost of purchasing a new domain.

* Withdrawing a domain for independent management involves a fee identical to the annual domain cost as shown on the website.

*If a domain is given as a gift for any period, then, after the period, the domain will be renewed for another year.

11. Prices for joining any service displayed on the site are for new customers.

12. Limited Warranty
A. Shop Center/Host Center will do everything in its power to provide services on the side

F. As part of hosting services, Shop Center / Host Center is not responsible for the integrity or availability of the site. It is also not responsible for the integrity of the site code. If the code on the customer’s site is not correct, the responsibility for correcting it and checking its integrity on an ongoing basis is the sole responsibility of the site owner or the owner of the system stored on Host Center / Shop Center’s servers.

For the avoidance of doubt, it is the responsibility of the owner of the site or system stored on Host Center / Shop Center servers to periodically sample and check the integrity of the site and/or system, including the programming code and their availability on the network, and to address code faults on their side.

13. Exchange mailboxes (Microsoft365)

•  Customers who subscribe to Microsoft’s Office 365 email service will not be able to access Tentet or the mailbox manager.
• Management of the boxes will be done through the support of Shop Center Internet Solutions Ltd.
• If a customer wants to transfer the boxes to an independent/self-managed Tenet, they must contact a technical person who knows how to do this.
• The transition to self-management will be at the expense of the customer/owner of the aforementioned email boxes.
• InShop Center Internet Solutions Ltd. is not responsible for any malfunction, problem, costs and/or damages related to the transition process that the customer performs.

• In the event of loss of information, files, email messages, calendars and any loss of information related to email boxes and/or information and/or files of any type, the customer will not have any claim or demand of any kind, including a financial demand and/or compensation of any kind.
  For the avoidance of doubt, Shop Center Internet Solutions Ltd. will not be responsible in any way or manner for the loss of any customer data or information, including emails, files, electronic information of any kind, calendars, etc., as noted above.

14. Backups:

A backup is indeed being performed, but the customer should not rely solely on it.
The customer must independently back up both the database and their website files.
In the event of loss of material, Host Center will do its best to help and restore the material using the backup available to it at that time,
However, Host Center will not be responsible for any loss of material for which the restoration was unsuccessful.
For the avoidance of doubt, Host Center / Shop Center does not guarantee in any way the success of a recovery operation of backed up files.
Performing a backup restore involves a fee. If the restore is unsuccessful, the customer will not be charged any fee.

A customer who has performed an independent backup on the server must download the backup to their personal computer within 14 days and no later than that, otherwise the backup will be deleted by Shop Center Internet Solutions Ltd., as part of ongoing server maintenance.

15. In the event of cancellation of an order after it has been placed, the payment will not be refunded under any circumstances. For the avoidance of doubt, the obligation in the order is for the period paid for.

16. It is prohibited to use Host Center’s service for the purpose of distributing mass mail, defined as spam, which could harm the user community. This includes sending spam from an external server for the purpose of advertising your website.
Host Center reserves the right to terminate services to the customer.
which will exceed the limitation specified in this section immediately and without prior notice.

Following a disconnection, no refund will be given.

For the avoidance of doubt, sending an email to a large number of recipients without the recipients’ prior approval will be considered spamming, even if it is not advertising material.

17. Some servers block large IP ranges worldwide to protect our customers from hacking. It is possible to remove the blocks, both at the IP and country level, using the customer’s .htaccess file.
It is the customer’s responsibility to contact us for opening to additional countries or to perform the opening independently if possible.
The customer can enable independent access on the Linux server using an htaccess file or contact us so that we can open it for the desired countries.
After the customer requests to open the site for access from additional countries, accessibility will be the customer’s responsibility.

18. If a signed order form approved by the customer is not sent, Host Center / Shop Center is not obligated to provide the ordered service, including domain registration and/or hosting and/or any other service.

19. Renewal of hosting services, with the exception of domain renewal, for an additional period, is done automatically if there is a payment method saved in the system.
In certain cases, Host Center / Shop Center will contact the customer to verify the renewal and/or payment details, at Host Center / Shop Center’s discretion.
For the avoidance of doubt, responsibility for renewing the storage service is the sole responsibility of the storage account holder, and an update regarding disconnection from the service will be made by the customer at least 30 days before the service expires.

20. After approval of the renewal of the service for an additional period, it will not be possible to cancel the service or the renewal.

21. When creating a hosting account, a temporary parking page will automatically be uploaded stating that the site is under construction. The parking page on certain servers may contain advertising that can be removed independently or by contacting Host Center with an explicit request to remove this page. If the hosting account owner (customer) has not removed the page independently and has not contacted Host Center to remove it, no complaint will be received on this matter from the hosting account owner.

22. Privacy Protection:

A. Responsibility for protecting privacy and securing access to the customer’s database and/or databases stored on Host Center servers is the sole responsibility of the owner of the database and/or website.

B. For the avoidance of doubt, Shop Center Internet Solutions Ltd. (Host Center) will not have any liability of any kind regarding the quality of security of the Customer’s website database or the Customer’s system that the Customer stores on Shop Center Internet Solutions Ltd. (Host Center) servers.

C. Therefore, and accordingly, it is the customer’s responsibility to perform thorough penetration tests and security checks on the databases that it stores on the servers of Shop Center Internet Solutions Ltd. (Host Center).

D. In Shop Center Internet Solutions Ltd. is not responsible for any malfunction, problem, costs and/or damages related to the leakage of information from the website owner’s/customer’s database, which is his sole responsibility.

E. In the event of loss of information, and/or leakage of information, and/or files, and/or email messages, and/or calendars, and any loss or leakage of information related to the databases and/or email boxes and/or information and/or files of any type, the customer will not have any claim or demand of any kind, including a financial demand and/or compensation of any kind from Shop Center Internet Solutions Ltd. (Host Center).
F. For the avoidance of doubt, Shop Center Internet Solutions Ltd. (Host Center) will not be responsible in any way for the loss and/or leakage/leakage of any data or information of the customer, including emails, files, electronic information of any kind, calendars, etc. to another party, as noted above.

G. The customer will do everything in its power not to involve Shop Center Internet Solutions Ltd. (Host Center) in various legal claims or claims against the services of Shop Center Internet Solutions Ltd. (Host Center) and will indemnify and hold harmless Shop Center Internet Solutions Ltd. (Host Center) from any claim, loss, expense or cost, including reasonable attorney’s fees, that may be directed against Shop Center Internet Solutions Ltd. (Host Center), its agents, customers, managers and employees as a result of any service provided or agreed to be provided or any product sold by the customer, its agents, employees or representatives.
H. The customer agrees to defend Shop Center Internet Solutions Ltd. (Host Center), compensate it and exempt it from all liabilities arising from the leakage of information on the databases and/or files owned by it and any digital information of any kind, including those stored or preserved or distributed through the servers of Shop Center Internet Solutions Ltd. (Host Center).
I. Any digital information of any kind that has been leaked and/or hacked and/or exposed by the customer / website owner / database / or any type of digital files and information, in violation or alleged violation of the exclusive rights
of a third party, including violation of privacy rights, including any implied violation, through the servers of Shop Center Internet Solutions Ltd. (Host Center) are the responsibility of the owner of the website, the database, and any digital information, and it is his sole responsibility to check for intrusions, implement security, and adapt his systems to privacy protection requirements at any required level.

23. Disclosure: Shop Center Internet Solutions Ltd. (Host Center) – uses server infrastructures of OMC Computers and Communications Ltd., which has strict standards of the Standards Institute of Israel and ISO, etc., the above certificates can be provided to Shop Center Internet Solutions Ltd. (Host Center) customers upon request and in accordance with the sole discretion of Shop Center Internet Solutions Ltd. (Host Center).

24. Affiliate Program:

General conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is 500 NIS. – A tax invoice will be issued as required by law.

• Withdrawing the commission against a tax receipt/invoice and in transactions where VAT applies.

• The amount of fees displayed includes VAT components.

• For a VAT-exempt dealer, VAT will be deducted accordingly.

• The affiliate commission of 150 NIS will be given from the WordPress Business Plus package and above.

• The affiliate commission of 100 NIS will be given for the WordPress Standart and WordPress Business packages.

• The affiliate commission will not be given for choosing a monthly payment route.

• VPS packages: 150 NIS fee from the VPS Business package and above.

• The remuneration includes VAT.

• The terms of compensation/commissions may change from time to time at the sole discretion of Shop Center Internet Solutions Ltd. and without prior notice to partners.

• If a commission accumulated in the affiliate program is not used beyond 12 months from the moment it is accumulated in the account, the commission will be deleted.
  – For the avoidance of doubt, commissions may not be accumulated, nor may they be exercised and/or claimed for more than 12 months.

• Shop Center Internet Solutions Ltd. has the option to terminate the affiliate program at any given moment and at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

• Shop Center Internet Solutions Ltd. may cancel a partner’s account at any given moment without prior notice, at its sole discretion.

• Shop Center Internet Solutions Ltd. (Host Center) will decide based on

26. Editing Terms of Use
Shop Center Internet Solutions Ltd. (Host Center) reserves the right to add, edit and delete sections of this agreement at any time, without prior notice to the customer and at its sole discretion.

Appendix – Hosting and renting a virtual store or a promotional website – Shop Center system

1. The provisions of these Terms and Conditions and Service Agreement apply equally to both sexes, and the use of the masculine form is for convenience only.
2. The user of shopcenter services will hereinafter be referred to as the “User”.
3. “shopcenter” is engaged in providing the following services:
A. Assists in the establishment of websites and e-commerce sites, using software that will be referred to below as: “Internet site management interface.”
There are several routes in which you can use the interface to manage a commercial or catalog website.
The user can choose between two communication options with shopcenter:
Option one   –    Purchase the interface for managing an online website, for a one-time payment.
Second option –    Renting the interface for managing an online website, on a monthly basis, for a rental period of no less than six months.
The user, who purchased or rented the website management interface, builds his own personal website on the Internet at his own expense.
B. Website hosting on shopcenter servers on the site  www.hostcenter.co.il
Shopcenter provides storage space for websites on servers.
C. Building websites using shopcenter programmers in accordance with the contract agreement and subject to the regulations.
D. Domain registration.
E. Operating a hostcenter website to provide additional services.
4. All services specified in Section 3 above will be called the “shopcenter service.” Shopcenter may add to or subtract from the provision of these services, at its discretion.
5. The user receives one or more of the services offered by shopcenter subject to a contractual agreement signed between the parties.
6. The use of shopcenter services is subject to the terms and conditions detailed in these Terms and Conditions and the contract between the parties. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully, as purchasing or renting the website management interface and/or using one of the shopcenter services indicates your agreement to the terms and conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions.
7. Any conflict between the provisions of these regulations and a presentation and/or prospectus and/or any other document on behalf of shopcenter – the provisions of these regulations prevail.
8. Payment for the shopcenter service is made in accordance with the contract agreement. The contract agreement forms an integral part of the regulations and supplements them.
9. A user who purchases the website management interface is entitled to support for a period of three months through the shopcenter support center, during the published operating hours.
10. A user who rents the website management interface is entitled to support for the entire rental period, including storage on the shopcenter server.

Restriction of use

12.  The user of the service and the website management interface is not authorized to copy, distribute, broadcast, display, reproduce, publish, sell and/or make any commercial use of any material within the service.
13.  As a condition of using shopcenter services, the user undertakes to shopcenter not to use the shopcenter website and/or the information, software, products and/or services originating from the website, for any illegal purpose and/or for any purpose prohibited under the terms of these regulations.
14.  The right to use the shopcenter service is subject to the laws and regulations of the State of Israel.
There is a strict prohibition on using the service in a way that could harm and/or violate copyrights as defined by law, and the user declares that he will not harm the intellectual property rights of other entities and/or users on the Internet.
15. The service will not be used for a website that is of a sexual and/or pornographic nature, where there is child exploitation of any kind or the presentation of acts or actions that allegedly constitute a violation of the law.
16. In any case where there is an intention to use the shopcenter service for the purpose of a sexual or pornographic website intended for adults and meets the requirements of the law – it is necessary to obtain shopcenter’s consent in advance.
17. It is prohibited to use shopcenter services for the purpose of activity or storage of information belonging to website hackers and the like, and it is prohibited to distribute illegal software, viruses, or any other means that could harm the public. Shopcenter will be entitled to contact the user with a demand to stop the aforementioned advertising and to stop the activity of that website or completely cancel the contract with it.
18. It is prohibited to use the service or the virtual store for the purpose of distributing mass mail, defined as spam, which could harm the user community. This includes sending spam.    An external server for the purpose of advertising your website.
19. It is prohibited to use the service for any criminal, illegal activity, or any activity that harms shopcenter and the services it provides.
20. The user undertakes to cooperate with shopcenter in all matters relating to the contract agreement, its objectives and regulations.

21. The user has examined the service provided by shopcenter prior to contracting and found it suitable for his needs and uses. The services are offered to the user as is and shopcenter will not bear any responsibility for their suitability for the user’s needs and/or purposes. The user hereby declares that he is aware that shopcenter is not responsible for any use he makes, whether directly or indirectly, of the services it provides and that he is solely and fully responsible for any use he makes of them.
22. Shopcenter is not responsible in any way for the products and/or services sold by the user on the site it built and/or for any representation made on the user’s site. Full and exclusive responsibility for all products and/or services and/or transactions of any kind rests with the user.
23. Under no circumstances will shopcenter and/or anyone on its behalf be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages, and/or any other damages of any kind, including, and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, damages for loss of use, loss of data or loss of profits, arising or connected in any way with the use of the website management interface on the Internet or the additional services provided by shopcenter, for delay in use or inability to use them, in the supply or non-supply of products or services, or any information, software, product, service and associated graphics obtained through the website management interface, and/or arising in any other way from the use of the website management interface, whether based on an agreement or in tort, whether in strict liability, and/or any other cause, even if shopcenter and/or anyone on its behalf was aware of the possibility of such damages.
24. For the avoidance of doubt, the user is solely responsible towards his managers and/or employees and/or customers and/or any other person and entity (hereinafter: “Third Parties”) with regard to the website that the user builds and presents his services on. Shopcenter will not be liable in any way towards these third parties in any way whatsoever. If Shopcenter is sued by any third party for use of the website, the user will be obliged to indemnify Shopcenter for all damages incurred, including legal expenses.
25. As part of using the website management interface, the user will be required to choose a password and username. The user is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the aforementioned password and account. Furthermore, the user is solely responsible for all activities that occur under his account. shopcenter will not be liable for any loss that may be incurred by the user as a result of another person using his password or account, whether with his knowledge or not.
26. If the website was built by shopcenter, then shopcenter may close the website and change from time to time its structure, appearance and availability of the services and content provided therein, with prior notice to the user by email. The user will not have any claim, claim or demand against shopcenter in this regard. shopcenter may terminate the user’s use of the software if he fails to comply with any of the terms of this agreement.
27. The user will indemnify shopcenter, its employees, managers, shareholders or anyone on their behalf for any damage, loss, loss of profit, payment or expense incurred by them – including attorney fees and legal expenses – due to a violation of these terms of use.
28. The service is available for use as is (“AS IS”), subject to the terms of the agreement between shopcenter and the user. The user shall have no claim, claim and/or demand against shopcenter and/or anyone on its behalf regarding the features of the service, its capabilities, limitations or its suitability for his needs and requirements.

Shopcenter undertakes to make efforts for the satisfaction of the user and to secure the software and its storage on the central server, but does not guarantee that the service will not be interrupted, will be provided in order without interruptions, will be carried out safely and without errors, and/or will be immune from unauthorized access to Shopcenter computers, damages, breakdowns, malfunctions – including malfunctions in the hardware, software or communication lines to the site – at Shopcenter, its suppliers and/or those on its behalf. It is hereby clarified that in such cases, Shopcenter will not be liable in any way or manner towards the user and/or towards third parties, and the user and/or third party hereby waives in advance any claim and/or allegation and/or demand from Shopcenter.
30. Shopcenter will not be responsible for installation and/or use carried out by the user, without cooperation with Shopcenter and the support center.
31. Shopcenter may assign or otherwise transfer its rights or provide services under this Agreement through subcontractors, without detracting from its obligations to the User. The User may not assign or otherwise transfer this Agreement and its rights under this Agreement.

Copyright

32. The user is aware that content, including text, software, source code, music, sound, images, video, graphics and any other material contained in the website management interface, on shopcenter sites and in the service provided by shopcenter, is protected by copyrights, trademarks, patents or other copyrights and intellectual property rights, and laws; therefore, the user will be entitled to use the information only with the express permission of shopcenter. The user undertakes not to copy, reproduce, distribute, or create any product using the information except with the express permission of shopcenter, in writing and in advance, except for the use permitted under the regulations and the contract agreement. The user agrees not to copy or otherwise reproduce any software, source code or part of the source code of the service for any reason whatsoever, and not to allow a third party to use such.

Maintaining confidentiality

33. On sites built by Shop Center, the Shop Center logo will appear at the bottom of the page without any compensation.
34. The shopcenter server stores information that is secure and protected with advanced technologies. shopcenter does and will do its best to protect shopcenter customer information and details of actions they have taken on it. However, shopcenter cannot guarantee complete immunity from intrusions into the servers where the database is stored or from intrusions into shopcenter computers and the use, disclosure or misuse of the information by those parties. In the event that such an action is taken, the user will have no claim, claim or demand against shopcenter.
35. The personal details that the user provides when submitting an offer will be stored in shopcenter’s databases. shopcenter devotes enormous resources and takes serious measures to prevent intrusion into the site and/or server and to thwart possible harm to the privacy of users. However, disruptions cannot be completely ruled out. Therefore, the user hereby declares that you will not have any claim and/or demand and/or lawsuit against shopcenter and/or anyone on its behalf due to such damages, malfunctions and/or disruptions.
36. Shopcenter will not transfer user information to a third party, except in the following cases:
36.1 If the user has committed an act or omission that harms or may harm the company or any third parties, including shopcenter customers or resellers. If the user has committed or assisted in any way through the site in committing an illegal act. In any case, shopcenter will be required to provide the user’s details by virtue of any law.
36.2 The company was served with a judicial order requiring shopcenter to provide details about the user and/or any other information, as specified in the order.

End of contract

**In the event that the customer wishes to cancel the service within only 7 days from the date of signing the agreement
, will not be refunded under any circumstances:
The opening fee, the cost of the domain, and the cost of the storage period used
37. Renewal of the subscription at the end of the period paid for will be done automatically for another year.
If the customer is not interested in continuing to receive the service, he will have to notify us in advance and before the renewal date.

*If the service recipient does not settle the payment for the service in advance, the service will be terminated for his storage account. It is clarified that in any case, the service recipient must complete the payment for the service no later than the date of renewal.
38. Shopcenter will send a notice to the user before and at the end of the contract period, to renew the contract. The above does not detract from the user’s obligation to notify of his intention to continue the contract.
Law and judgment
39. The law applicable to the contract, the use of shopcenter services and these regulations is Israeli law only. The exclusive jurisdiction for any matter and dispute is vested in the competent courts in the Tel Aviv district only.
40. Shopcenter is entitled to act by all means and make use of all remedies granted to it under any law and under any statute in the event that a user violates any of the terms of the regulations and/or the contract agreement and/or any other binding document between the parties.

Failure to comply with any of the clauses of this document will be considered grounds for immediate and even permanent suspension of the customer’s account without any prior notice.
