HostCenter web hosting company requires customer service representatives (HelpDesk).
Our office is located in the Science Park in Rehovot.
As part of the role: providing answers to the company’s customers, handling inquiries and providing customer support.
Requirements:
– Background in the Internet and building websites in an open source environment.
– High level of oral and written Hebrew expression
– High level English
advantage:
– Background in a LINUX environment (Apache, MySQL, PHP)
– Background in WordPress, Joomla, Drupal systems

Support manager and system person
The role includes:
• Support (Tier 2) for the company’s customers, handling VPS servers, shared hosting, FW, and more.
• Responsibility for the availability and ongoing maintenance of the servers.
• Handling ongoing faults.
• Providing solutions to complex customers.
The role requires:
• Experience working at one of the storage companies in Israel.
• In-depth understanding of hosting websites in a Linux environment.
• Experience in managing Production servers (not IT!).
• Extensive experience and knowledge in Linux systems, especially CentOS.
• Network management (Load balancing, DNS, TCP/IP, Routes) and firewall.
• Knowledge of the world of information security (DDOS attacks, internet architecture, CDN).
• Knowledge of HTML.
• Experience with a mail server, exim.
• Familiarity with WHM, CPANEL, systems.
• Knowledge of Nagios, Zabbix, Zenoss monitoring systems.
• Background in working with databases (especially MYSQL).
