Accessibility Statement

We at Shop Center Internet Solutions Ltd. (HostCenter) see great importance in making our website and digital services accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. We invest ongoing efforts to enable convenient, clear, and accessible use of the website, in accordance with legal provisions and accepted accessibility standards.

Accessibility adjustments on the website

The site includes (or may include) adjustments aimed at improving accessibility, such as:

  • Convenient keyboard navigation (Tab / Shift+Tab / Enter)

  • Support for screen readers, as much as possible according to the site structure

  • Title and content hierarchy organized on main pages

  • Readable texts and color contrast (as much as possible in the website design)

  • Image descriptions (Alt) for some of the essential images

  • Adaptation to mobile display and different screen sizes

Important to note: Some pages/components on the site may not yet be fully accessible, and we continue to improve and adjust accordingly.

Accessibility standard

The site strives to comply with the guidelines of the WCAG 2.1 accessibility standard at level AA , and in accordance with the requirements of Israeli law (insofar as they apply to the site and the service).

Limitations and exclusions

Despite our efforts, there may be areas/components on the site that are not fully accessible, for example:

  • Third-party components (chat, payment systems, maps, video/iframes, external forms)

  • Documents uploaded as PDFs/scanned files are not fully accessible

  • Historical content that has not yet been updated according to accessibility rules
